Autism Private Mentoring and Coaching

We work with three Autism coaches/mentors (Jess Hendrickx, Karen Manghan and Caroline Hearst) all of whom have a diagnosis of Autism or Asperger Syndrome, and a counsellor (Amber Redish) who has an autistic son. All have many years’ gaining knowledge of both personal and professional Autism experience. The coaches cover a range of topics including relationships, education, coming to terms with a diagnosis, employment, and support for family members and spouses of autistic people.

Autism Workplace Coaching

As well as private mentoring we offer specialised Workplace Coaching for autistic individuals. Our associates have a lot of experience working with autistic people who are in employment and may be having some difficulties in the workplace. We can work directly with the autistic individual to help them navigate the world of employment, and also with their line managers or team members. We have helped employees and employers to successfully gain funding from Access to Work to mentor autistic people in the workplace. We also carry out Autism Workplace Assessments and deliver Autism Training .
