Our neuro-diversity training courses are delivered in-house by our specialist trainers, including Sarah Hendrickx, author of the Adult aand Adolescent Neuro-diversity Handbook. Neuro-diversity describes a number of neurological and developmental conditions which affect how individuals process information and interpret the world. These conditions include: dyslexia, Asperger syndrome, dyspraxia, ADHD, dyscalculia, Tourette's Syndrome and others.
Although often not affecting intellectual capabilities, these conditions can make learning, working and coping with life very difficult for some people, often due to a lack of understanding by others.

Our Introduction to neuro-diversity courses can be delivered over one or two days and cover a range of conditions determined by the needs of your organisation. For example, a two-day neuro-diversity course might cover Asperger Syndrome, dyslexia, dyspraxia and ADHD in some depth or a one-day course may cover a larger range of developmental conditions as an introductory overview.
Our trainers are professionally qualified and have many years pratical experience in this field, which they share to provide as many strategies and approaches as they can.
