We work with two Autism coaches (Karen and Caroline) both of whom have Autism diagnoses of Asperger Syndrome and a counsellor (Amber) who has an Autistic son. All have many years’ experience of both personal and professional Autism experience.

Karen carries out in-person appointments in Brighton and also works via Skype and by email.
Karen specialises in working with Young People between the ages of 16 – 30, specifically to manage educational or employment transitions, or support individuals and families pre and post diagnosis. Karen has a diagnosis of autism, which affords her an intrinsic understanding of her clients and the barriers they often face, her sessions are solution focused and work towards agreed goals which are client led.

Caroline carries out in-person appointments in Reading and also works via Skype and by email.
Caroline regards herself as an Autism Educator providing consultations which offer a chance to discuss autism as it affects you/a family member, friend, employee or client. They provide a positive perspective on autism and the space to explore your situation from an informed insider perspective. Caroline has a diagnosis of autism which provides her with personal insight into living well as an autistic person.

Amber works in the daytime on Friday’s and Saturdays and some evenings and from therapy rooms near 5 Ways in Brighton, East Sussex and via Skype.
Amber specialises in counselling young people and adults from 16+. During her counselling practice she has worked with clients both diagnosed and undiagnosed with Autistic Spectrum Conditions (ASC) /Asperger’s. Amber appreciates and values that for some Autistic people there can be a close relationship and lifelong principle to speaking their personal authentic truth. 1:1 counselling offers the opportunity to express, be heard and understood, find relief, and understanding; within safe, predictable boundaries.
