Coaching and Advocacy

person with Asperger Syndrome or their family members
can be supported through counselling and/or coaching with many issues,
including:

Counselling – Counselling offers a safe,
accepting and confidential space in which to explore feelings and
thoughts. Counselling is a good starting point for those who have
never had an opportunity to talk about their Asperger Syndrome
or about living with someone with Asperger Syndrome
or autism. Su is a trained counsellor with several
years experience of working with adults with Asperger Syndrome,
she is a member of the British Association of Counsellors and Psychotherapists
and abides by their Code of Ethics and Professional Conduct.
Counselling
fees: based in Brighton, other locations by arrangement.
£35.00 per hour. Initial half hour: free.
Coaching
– Coaching is a practical and directive means of support which
helps adults with Asperger Syndrome and families/partners
of those with Asperger Syndrome or autism.
Coaching helps to develop strategies to tackle issues. Learning
about Asperger Syndrome is often an important part
of this process.
