Sarah has extensive knowledge of Asperger Syndrome, autism and neuro-diversity
from both professional and personal experience. She is a freelance
trainer and consultant in Asperger Syndrome and autism. Sarah has
recently completed a Postgraduate Certficate in Asperger Syndrome
and MA in Autism and has written four books on Asperger Syndrome
and one on adult and adolescent neuro-diversity.

Ronnie Young
Ronnie Young’s passion is in the
fulfillment of potential, the removal of barriers and the recognition
that everyone is an individual with strengths and weaknesses. She
has been a teacher all her working life. She is now a freelance
trainer, author and consultant with specialisms in several areas.
Ronnie is a visiting lecturer at the Institute of Education, London
University and is a practising OFSTED inspector in both schools
and the learning and skills sector.

Claire Salter
Claire’s work history is in further
education, starting out as a course tutor and moving on to manage
the department of Literacy, Numeracy, Language and Dyslexia support.
Claire is a trainer and consultant in dyslexia working with both
students and employees to enhance access to learning and work for
those with dyslexia and other disabilities. Claire contributed the
chapter on dyslexia for 'The
Adult and Adolescent Neuro-diversity Handbook'.

Su Orosa
Su Orosa is a counsellor and has several
years experience of working with adults with Asperger Syndrome.
She has worked in the field of disability, person-centred support
and education for 20 years. Su trained as a counsellor at the Metanoia
Institute where she recently completed a 3-year BA degree course
in Person-centred Counselling. She has also trained in other counselling
techniques including: Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Motivational
Interviewing Techniques, Solution Focused Therapy and Gestalt.

Keith Newton
Keith discovered Asperger Syndrome in himself
at the age of 36, unwillingly at first, but now perceives his understanding
to have been beneficial. Keith designs and manages this website
and also gives talks and presentations about his personal experience
of Asperger Syndrome. He co-authored 'Asperger
Syndrome – A Love Story' with Sarah Hendrickx, his partner.

Matthew Tinsley
Matthew Tinsley was diagnosed at the age
of 43 with an autistic spectrum condition following a lifetime of
severe alcoholism. Matt has shared his experiences as a speaker
on many training courses, contributed to autism publications nationwide
and has written his experiences in a book, researching the link
between Asperger Syndrome and alcoholism – 'Asperger
